Kyle Patrick Anderson, CPA, MBT

Hailing from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Kyle brings unabashed Minnesota kindness and sincerity. 


Kyle holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison as well as a Master of Business Taxation from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. He cut his financial teeth with Price Waterhouse Coopers, LLP and Clifton Larson Allen, LLP before starting his own accounting and investing firm.

Francis John Bray, Jr.

F. John Bray became a shareholder since leaving the U.S. government in the summer of 2019 after 33 years of service.  


His final posting was as the United States Consul General in Lagos, Nigeria, the largest city on the continent and a center for U.S. commercial activity in West Africa.  He served as career member of the U.S. Department of State Senior Foreign Service.

Prior to coming to Lagos, John served as the senior Regional Security Officer (RSO) in Abuja from October 2012 to October 2015. He also served as the Deputy RSO in Baghdad; the senior RSO in Abidjan, Dakar, Nouakchott, and Tashkent; first Agent in Charge of the Karzai Protective Detail in Afghanistan; and as assistant RSO in Cairo.  In the United States, he served in Overseas Operations as the Special Operations Coordinator and as a member of the Mobile Security Division where he spent time in Bosnia, Somalia, Democratic Republic of Congo, and Haiti during periods of crisis.

In 2011, Mr. Bray received a Master’s in Strategic Studies from the Army War College.  He also has a Master of Science degree in Journalism from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the College of William and Mary, which he attended on athletic (soccer) and Army Reserve Officer Training Corps scholarships.  He has language proficiencies in French and Russian.

Prior to joining the Department, he served in the U.S. Army as an Infantry and Special Forces Officer.  He was the distinguished honor graduate of the Special Forces Qualification Course and the Diplomatic Security Basic Agents Course.  He is also Ranger qualified and earned both U.S. and Republic of Korea Master Parachutist badges.

J. A. Johnston

Mr. Johnston is a Co-Managing Partner of the investment firm Dalmatian Capital Management and the sole shareholder of Balto-Slavic Ventures Ltd.


His background consists of more than 30 years on Wall Street, 20 of which have been dedicated to investing in emerging market countries. He has extensive experience in assisting emerging market countries reprofile their sovereign debt and emerge in superior financial


Prior to Dalmatian, he was a Managing Director in Deutsche Bank’s emerging markets

group in New York and then Co-Managing Partner of Gramercy Advisors (an emerging markets hedge fund) based in New York City and Greenwich, Connecticut.
